Usually a burnt heating element leaking current to earth, or a moisture-hit thermostat. Both are safe to fix, unsafe to ignore.
How long does a geyser element last?
In normal water, 3–5 years. In hard water areas, descale every 12–18 months to make it last longer.
Do you provide same-day service?

Is there any warranty on the repair?
Yes. We provide up to 90 days warranty on repair work and 6–12 months on replaced spare parts, depending on the component.
